I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the plus side, the location was perfect for exploring Playa del Carmen and just a short walk to the beach. The rooms were unbelievably clean, but they weren't ready for my early check-in despite my messages. The noise levels from nearby traffic and the air conditioning were a bit distracting. Overall, it was a reasonable price, but I expected a bit more comfort in terms of noise isolation.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by amazing restaurants that we loved visiting. The rooms were clean, but sadly, there was a persistent strange smell that dampened the experience. While the service was decent, I think they could improve in some areas. Overall, the price felt appropriate for what we got, given the good location.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The rooms were unbelievably clean and comfortable, and I was impressed by the friendly staff who made me feel at home. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. During my 15-day stay, I experienced a fantastic upgrade due to an overbooking, which turned out to be a blessing! The rooms were spacious and even better than what I originally booked. The location was outstanding, just a short walk from the beach and key areas in Playa. However, the dining options left a lot to be desired, as they were quite limited. Overall, I felt the hotel offered great value for money, but some aspects were not ideal.
